Retailer Status & Installation Disclaimer: Bill Vandegrift Appliances acts solely as a retailer. We do not offer, provide, or coordinate installation services. It is the customer's exclusive responsibility to hire independently licensed professionals (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) to install the purchased appliances in compliance with local municipal codes.

Liability Waiver: The company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or operational failures resulting from improper installation, modification, or misuse of the appliances sold.

Product Dimensions: Customers are fully responsible for verifying all product dimensions and ensuring the appliance will fit in their designated space and pass through all entryways. Returns due to sizing issues are subject to the standard 25% restocking fee.
